About Us:
Our names are Spiros Miras & George Nevrodis. We are two guys who recently have had the Holy Spirit enter our lives for the purpose of serving the people of the Dominican Republic. Below is an outline of our aspirations.

Our Goals:

1. Our desire is to introduce as many people as we can to the spirit of Jesus Christ, so that they might experience His love and forgiveness.
   
   
2. We help also by providing to the WIDOWS (Timothy 5:3-7), ORPHANS (James 1:27, NIV), and POOR (Galatians 2:10, TLB).

How are we different?:
We not only provide the basic necessities but we also give "Love", and "Friendship".

Your financial offerings go directly to the following:

• Feeding the hungry ("for I was hungry, and ye gave me something to eat").
• Water for the thirsty ("I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink").
• Clothes for cover ("I was naked and ye clothed me").
• Medicine for the sick ("I was sick, and ye visited me").
• LOVE ("I was a stranger, and ye took me in").
• FRIENDSHIP ("I was in prison and ye came unto me").

How is it done:

• We read the bible together with those we visit.
• We pray together, and ask for them to pray for others if capable.
• We listen to there stories and plights.
• We share our lives with them.

Statistics:
Today in the Dominican Republic up to 30% of the population is under the poverty level.

Solution:
Man's only salvation stands on a lonely, barren, skull shaped hill; a thief hangs on one cross, a murderer on another, and between them, a Man with a crown of thorns. Blood flows from His hands and feet, it pours from His side, it drops down His face while those who stand looking on sneer and mock Him.

And who is this tortured figure, who is this Man whom other men seek to humiliate and kill? He is the Son of God, the Prince of Peace, heaven's own appointed Messenger. This is He, before whom angels fall down and veil their faces. And yet He hangs bleeding and forsaken upon the cross.

Jesus Christ upon the cross, was crucified. His death is the foundation of our hope, the promise of our triumph!

The support we offer is a means to get closer to people so we can share the miracle of Jesus Christ.
